City Penthouse
The penthouse is located on the Barbican Estate, a Grade Two listed building. A property developer purchased the apartment, and my brief was to completely redesign the space and upgrade the bathrooms and kitchen to create a modern, functional and spacious apartment for resale. Luxury bathroom fittings were specified and limestone, walnut and glass installed throughout the apartment. Combined with a palette of neutral colours I designed an interior that appealed to the broadest market.
